The owner warmly welcomed us even though we arrived 30 minutes after check-in. Clean and comfortable rooms with a balcony to rest on. Convenient parking and excellent breakfast. Enjoyable pool facilities, perfect for hot summer days.
Nothings.

Nice, clean.
However I arrived after 9pm, and did not realize they have no one at the desk after 9pm. I obviously inconvenienced them by arriving at 9:30pm. For whatever reason, I did not see this on Booked.net. They were adamant that I should have seen this. I apologized, but really, when I'm a paying guest, I don't expect to be scolded. Somehow on your website you need to make it obvious when is the latest one can arrive.

Very friendly staff, good value breakfast for 5 euros, easy access to village and baths. Bikes available for hire for 5 euros a day, great cycle path along the Rhein.

Enthiousiastic manager and friendly.
View on swimming pool: They used to say there is a small pool you can see. Real swimming is not possible while the size is too small.

It was clean
My reservation was not on their records, had to wait for a room at 900pm, bathroom was across the hall and you could not stand up in part of the room due to low ceiling. The room was 3 flights up and no elevator for luggage.

Great breakfast options, including tasty coffee and a variety of food. Good location, close to the train station and local restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The room can be a bit noisy if you open the windows due to the nearby highway. The lack of Wi-Fi was a downside since I needed to work during my business trip.

Staff was kind and friendly. Swimming pool. Close to the train station.
Noise from the nearby motorway. Noise from passing trains at night. No air conditioning. Window opens over the bed and is dangerous. Television unwatchable from the bed.

A sort of Fwalty Towers in a good way. Nice reception and excellent staff. Everything was in order (extra bed for our young boy). Recommended stay and excellent location for a halfway stop to Italy.

The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of options and a good coffee to go with it. Not having Wi-Fi was initially an issue, but it's nice to disconnect and just enjoy the silence. The pool was a great way to relax after a busy day of exploring the area. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and local restaurants.
The noise from outside was a bit disturbing during the night. The room was warm and stuffy, even with the air conditioning on, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. the hotel provided a pleasant stay, but some improvements could be made to ensure a restful night's sleep.

This family, run hotel is conveniently located near the train station, just a 5, minute walk away. Although some rooms are close to a busy train line, they are generally well, equipped with comfortable beds and balconies. Guests can enjoy an excellent breakfast and refreshing swimming pool, along with free parking.
The hotel does not have an elevator, which can be inconvenient with heavy luggage.
